A Comfort Assessment is an important tool to understand your building and then create a plan to achieve a more comfortable, efficient, healthy, safe place for you and your family for many years to come. During a Comfort Assessment, we will:

• Perform a comprehensive visual inspection of the building

• Document the current conditions with notes and photographs

• Perform diagnostic testing (Blower Door Pressure Diagnostics, Combustion Analysis)

• Provide a Building Science Report with findings and recommendations to help you achieve your goals.
   

The cost of the assessment for a residential building ranges from $500 to $750 depending upon the size and complexity of the structure.
